ALEX LOWER divides his time between Brighton, UK, and Cape Town, South Africa.

He tends to work where things become complicated — where systems, people and ideas stop lining up. His role is to understand the situation, simplify it, and help people move forward.

ALEX LOWER previously co-founded and led the UK connectivity business 01T, where he spent more than a decade building and scaling the company before a successful exit. During that time he developed a reputation for navigating technical, operational and organisational complexity, working comfortably with engineers, founders and investors alike.

Today he focuses on a select portfolio of ventures across technology and property, while also supporting founders and investors through periods of change.

The intention is simple: do fewer things more deliberately, and leave space for design, health, curiosity, and a life that feels properly lived.
